"GILLIAN GUESS, between the 17th day of April, 1995, and the 28th day of October, 1995, at or near the city of Vancouver, in the Province of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, did willfully attempt to obstruct, pervert or defeat the course of justice by having a personal relationship with Preet Sarbjit Gill, also known as Peter Gill, during his criminal trial of Her Majesty the Queen against Bhudpinder Johal et al. (Court File No. CC940998) at which she was a juror sworn to well and truly try and true deliverance make between our sovereign lady the Queen, and the accused at the bar, whom she had in charge and true verdict give, according to the evidence so help her God, contrary to Section 139(2) of the Criminal Code.
Criminal Code Section 139 (2):
Obstructing Justice (2) Everyone who willfully attempts in any manner other
than a manner described in subsection (1) to obstruct, pervert or defeat
the course of justice is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years."
