As a Kansas State Lobbyists during the week of January 20 to 25, 1997, I presented every Kansas Representative & Senator with a copy of my 1997 book on Industrial Hemp. I also displayed a hemp village in the capitol rotunda.
I am proud to announce that you can add Kansas to the list of states that is introducing legislation for agricultural hemp.
The bill is SCR-1605, and will be in the Senate Agriculture Committee beginning February 3, 1997.
